Author Showcase – Wendi Zwaduk (Until the Night)

Reader Advisory:
This book contains scenes of mm sex, anal play, ménages of the mmf, mfm, and mmfm persuasions, as well as lots of biting and spanking. They’re having one hell of a party.

Having a mate can be a pain. Having three…now that’s unheard of…

Gypsy volunteered to become a vampire, but she had no idea just what she’d agreed to do. As a human, she’d had her pick of willing males to warm her bed. As a creature of the night, she’s striking out.

Until she meets Kendall. He knows what she is and doesn’t care. He’s loved her since he met her, but he had no idea just how complicated her life truly was. Her protectors refuse to leave her side. But what if he wants them on his side, too?

Allan and Todd are mates, plain and simple. Gypsy is in their charge. Period. Until they start to see her not as a problem, but a sexy solution complete with an adorable human thrown in for fun.

Can they come together as a foursome or will they destroy everything they’ve built in the name of passion?

“I’m lost and I want to go back home.”

Gypsy sang the song she’d made up to herself and shimmied in her cage. The patrons around her gyrated and waved their hands in the air. Smoke billowed from the machines by the DJ table and floated out over the crowd. Lights flickered over the sea of bodies, but the scene around her didn’t capture her attention.

Someone touched her foot. When Gypsy glanced down to the bottom of the cage, her relief, Alyssa, one of the other dancers, offered a lopsided grin. “You can go now.”

When the song ended, Gypsy opened the catch on the cage and stepped into the main room. Most nights, the allure of the Chatty Catty Club suited her. Not tonight. She stared at the bar. Allan wasn’t standing in his regular spot at the far end by the kitchen doors. Another bartender was working the margarita machine. Todd wasn’t at his post by the main entrance, either. Two muscle-bound men hulked on either side of the double doors. Where the hell were her best friends? Probably off with some sexy club girl wanting a good time. The Goddess knew Allan and Todd liked to have a good time.

Not with her.

Allan and Todd had their pick of the women who frequented the club. Both of them spent lots of time with Gypsy, but neither wanted anything other than friendship with her. She wanted more—Todd behind her, Allan in front while they pleasured her. Then in reverse. Except she’d never bothered to tell them how she felt.

Sighing, Gypsy hiked the bodice of her top up to cover another inch of her cleavage. Her inner wrist brushed her nipple through the thin fabric. She shivered. What if the objects of her desire touched her? Her pussy quivered and her fangs elongated in her mouth. She needed blood and sex. Preferably from someone who understood her new vampire nature—a man, or two, to love her. Going without blood for nearly a week hurt. Her body constantly ached, she wobbled in her cage and her focus flailed…but, damn it, she refused to hunt.

If someone had told her when she’d agreed to let Jamison change her that her life would never be the same, she would’ve dug in her feet and not have become a vampire. She didn’t mind sleeping during the day and partying all night, but the cuisine choices sucked. Either kill to eat or beg a human to allow you to bite them—and if that didn’t work then she got to starve.

What if I want a steak? Or a daiquiri?

Thinking about food wouldn’t help matters, anyway. She shoved the thoughts aside and strode to the bar. A woman from the fringe of the crowd stopped her. Her dark eyes glittered in the flashing blue and green light. “Care to dance, sweet thing? Aren’t you…mmm…sexy?”

Her smile, wide and bright, didn’t do anything for her. Sure, she embodied sex with sumptuous curves and beautifully shaped breasts, but Gypsy didn’t do girls. Not usually. Moreover, her admirer wasn’t Allan. Or Todd for that matter. The guys understood her. Hell, they intrigued her. They made her body quiver in all the right places with just a look. The chick smiling at her? Nada. If anything, she was creeped out.

“Thanks, but no thanks.” She brushed by the woman and stepped forward.

“You’re here to entertain. Entertain me.” She dug her fingernails in Gypsy’s arm. “I want to see something sexy. Do it.”

Her growl chilled Gypsy’s blood. She caught the distinct whiff of fruit. Oranges? Gypsy ground her teeth together. O’Toole had smelt of strawberries, but she’d seen her sister destroy him.

“Look, asshat, this isn’t a tittie club. It’s a dance club. Skin, yes—sex, no.” Gypsy shrugged out of the woman’s grasp. “I’m not interested and I will use my boot. Got it?”

The woman’s eyes flashed and she tipped her head once in a jerking motion. “Whatever, bitch. You will.”

Author Showcase – Tracy James Jones

cbrtrapuyaeqptz

My name is Tracy James Jones and I am a blogger, reader, reviewer, writer, former actor and artist, with much love for films, music, books, and friendly people. :o)

Born and raised in Waxahachie & Dallas, Texas, I have had a lifetime love affair with the entertainment industry. Starting with singing in my church choir, I later ventured into stage productions with my local community theater and eventually feature films.

I started writing in high school, with the help of an amazing Journalism teacher, which I continued as my major in college, with a minor in mass communications. Switching from journalism to creative writing came into play after I was offered the opportunity to write the life story of a local boxer, which later became a documentary film. Writing his story opened the door for me to begin writing my own novels and short stories.

To date, my literary portfolio is 24 pages long, featuring talent resume, newspaper articles, book tours, author events, book promotions, and reviews. My writing includes 2 screenplay adaptations of my original fiction novels, “Searching For Eden” & “The Inhabitants of Magnolia Park.” My novel, “Secrets & Lies,” is also being formatted for film.

In the future I plan to write more human interest novels & short stories. I also hope to translate more of my work for screen. At present time, all of my books are available on amazon. Free shorts and excerpts are available on my blog and/or wattpad.com.

“Sometimes a need for keeping secrets

Can be just as intriguing as a reason for telling lies…”

”Secrets & Lies” is an emotional journey into the private lives of four central characters that can be defined as a contemporary multicultural romantic family drama with a twist. Overall, this book is about a group of not-so-ordinary people, all from very different backgrounds, whose secrets and lies leaves a trail of deceptions waiting to upset the rituals of their daily existence.

* * *

Kennedy Jordan is a handsome young man with a secret past and a challenging future that keeps him in the balance between having what he wants versus what is expect of him.

Camilla Vargas is a beautiful ambitious young woman with dreams of success that she plans to obtain by any means possible, and vows to not let anything keep her from it.

Ulanda Jefferson is a hip outspoken fashionista with a fiery attitude. Armored with sharp-wit and an uncensored tongue, she is more than just a force to be reckoned with.

Bren Searcy is a grown-up lost in transition, (literally from male to female). There is almost nothing she wouldn’t bear to hang onto the happiness she has finally found.

* * *

In the end, for everyone involved, even the elements of true confessions gets lost in translation as the explicit details of who they are brings the group together in a surprising, yet necessarily finale that could change the course of their lives forever…

New Release!!

I’m super excited to announce that  I have another short story out. Yes, I stress the word SHORT cause it was based off a picture I was shown by a friend (Debbie Workman) for a contest. The story ended up being roughly 5,000 words, so it couldn’t be submitted. (The contest asked for 1000 words.) However, we thought it would be a perfect little read for all of you.

We want to give special thanks to Jess Hunter (editor), Mika Star (cover artist), and Debbie Workman (beta reader) for going on this self-publishing journey with us. I think we all worked well as a team. To Sable Hunter, thank you for all your advice and tidbits regarding self-publishing. I appreciate all your help and the time you spent chatting with me. Mucho Love to you all.

As I stated above, the story is short so we decided to price it rather cheap – .99 cents.
With that low price, you could pick up one for yourself and a few more for your friends. 🙂

Author Showcase – Shiralyn J. Lee (Loving the Pink Kiss)

When I wrote this story all maturity went out of the window. So I decided to replace it with a little humour, drama, romance and a few naughty little sex scenes. If maturity is what you are after well then I’m afraid you’re not going to find it in here. Life can be all too serious. So instead I have engaged the exposure that I myself and my friends have endured during our lives and turned them all into a fictional romantic comedy. Apart from the immigration scam I could say that probably 95% of this story has been based on factual events and I’d like to share them with you.

This story begins on the morning of the wedding and Sarah is preparing herself diligently. It seems as tho she pays so much more attention to her vanity than she does to her circumstances.
This story is told in the first person sense, through Sarah’s eyes.

Genre: lesbian erotica and lesbian BDSM

Sarah Niles is 21 years old and the kind of girl who loves to party till dawn and shag Jake. This is just a guy that she sees on the odd occasion and has no intention of getting into a so called proper relationship with him. She also likes to slip into a deep drunken sleep every Friday night after dancing away to her favourite music at her favourite night club. Her lifestyle although not boring had become typically routine and Sarah was beginning to feel as though she needed some excitement in her life to keep herself from growing insanely dull. Even though she holds possession of pristine looks with her mousy blonde hair, hazel green eyes and the softest pink lips she knew that she was missing out on something but didn’t quite know what.

Jessica is her best friend of many years. She has recently been informed by one of her work colleagues Debs that she knows of someone in desperate need to stay in the country. This person Robbie is a Canadian and has amazing blue eyes and a really nice smile apparently. Robbie has a limited time to stay in the country before being asked to leave, courtesy of her majesties service. So a plan (more like a scam) was set in place and that marriage to anyone willing to do the task would be an immediate solution to ensure a guaranteed postponement to Robbie’s current situation.

This is where Sarah stepped in. Not just to look like the big martyr because the five thousand pounds payment that had been put on offer took precedence over that, but for the sheer fact that she simply could just do it. But please bear in mind that she was completely pissed out of her tree when she so politely put herself on offer to be the dutiful wife and missed out on a few important facts about Robbie. This information will become a little clearer when you first meet her spouse to be.

Sarah didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to making any preparations for the wedding either as Debs had taken complete control over everything. She had arranged the registry office and the date and all Sarah had to do was show up on the big day. She hadn’t even met Debs in person herself yet as all details had been passed on via Jessica. And to be honest Jessica hadn’t actually known Debs for that long and didn’t really pay too much attention to her at work, just the odd occasional hello as they passed each other in a corridor. It just so happened that they got into an in-depth conversation during a fire drill one morning and because of Jessica’s love of juicy gossip, she and Debs went out on a drinking session. Debs told her everything about Robbie as they drank themselves into oblivion. And whilst we’re on the subject of Jessica, she too has the knack for ignoring the important details which gets us to the reason why Sarah is soon in the position that she is about to be placed in. But even Sarah didn’t care about the minor details because if she had listened a little more carefully she would have been clued in to the incredible journey that she was just about to embark on.
